Do I need an appointment?+

No appointment is needed to browse frames or ask for help. For the most attentive fitting experience, calling ahead is always welcome.

Can you use my existing prescription?+

Yes, as long as it is current and includes the information needed for your lenses. Bring a copy to the shop or upload a clear photo or PDF.

Do you offer progressive and specialty lenses?+

Yes. We offer progressive, bifocal, high index, computer, photochromic, polarized, and other specialty lens options.

Can you put lenses in any frame?+

Many frames can be reused, but we need to inspect the frame first. Condition, material, shape, and prescription all affect suitability.

Do you ship finished glasses?+

Yes. In store pickup with a professional fitting is recommended, but shipping is available for eligible orders.
